A & B Construction - Refund Policy

At A & B Construction , we aim to provide clear and fair terms regarding payments and refunds for all construction services.

1. Deposits

All project deposits are required to secure scheduling, labor, and materials. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work planning has begun or materials have been ordered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in cases where no work has started and no materials have been purchased or committed to the project.

3. Work in Progress

If a project is canceled after work has started, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work, labor costs, and materials used up to the cancellation date. No refunds will be issued for completed work.

4. Custom Materials

Any specially ordered or custom materials cannot be refunded once purchased, as they are specific to your project requirements.

5. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method where possible.

6. Changes & Adjustments

Instead of refunds, we may offer project adjustments or rescheduling depending on the situation and stage of work completion.
