At A & B Construction , we understand that project plans may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may cancel scheduled services or ongoing construction projects.

1. Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a project by providing written notice via email or phone. Cancellation requests must be submitted as early as possible to minimize scheduling and material costs.

2. Deposits & Payments

Any deposits made for project initiation, materials, or scheduling are generally non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been ordered. Completed work will be billed accordingly.

3. Work in Progress

If a project is cancelled after work has started, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work, labor, and materials used up to the cancellation date.

4. Rescheduling

We allow reasonable rescheduling based on availability. However, repeated changes may affect project timelines and cost estimates.

5. Company Rights

A & B Construction reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a project due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly in such cases.
